Claims
Please double-check your entire order upon arrival. No product claims will be honored unless made within 10 days of receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately. (305) 967-0111.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
We understand things don't always work out. For returns of unopened products, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Do note that original shipping fees aren't refundable and are the customer’s full responsibility. Please remember, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. If that’s not feasible (maybe due to an expired card or a closed account), we’ll refund in the form of store credit for your next purchase.
To ensure a smooth process, please provide:
- The name used on the order or your order number.
- A brief note sharing the issue or letting us know what you'd like to return. Your feedback is like a cocktail for us - it helps us serve you better.
All Returns/Exchanges must have prior authorization from a Staff Member.
We gladly accept unopened returns/exchanges due to our error (bottle seal MUST be intact). Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Loose teas, Powder blends, Salves, Capsulated formulas, Kits and Sale Items cannot be returned, no exceptions!
Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate customers.
If your order includes a free gift and it is not returned along with the other items, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy
Once an Authorized Return is received and inspected for its integrity, an email notification will be sent. If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Please note: Refunds take up to 1 week to process after the authorized Returned product is received.
In the event that a credit card dispute (“chargeback”) is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue by contacting OMGenius Biomedical Research Labs the customer’s account will be terminated.
If a product was opened and used, but wasn’t the best fit for you, please reach out to our team within 7 days of your delivery date to discuss the next best steps. We will do our best to work with you and help out!
