Lost or Missing Packages

Customers must report any lost packages to info@omgalternmed.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information. This permits our team the opportunity to take the appropriate steps and file a claim on your behalf with the couriers.

Any reports made after this 7-day window will void eligibility for a claim and a refund/replacement is not guaranteed.
